Your main responsibilities:
- Supporting and enhancing the day-to-day operations of the Crewing Team by applying your HR expertise, while coordinating strategic HR topics together with the Crewing Director
- Reviewing and further developing our global and local recruitment processes and tools
- Reviewing and improving our People & Talent Review processes as well as our career development frameworks
- Coordinating the crewing requirements of the various Business Units (fleets) in close collaboration with the Crewing Director
- Taking responsibility for reporting and analyzing HR-related Key Performance Indicators
- Contributing to our Business Development strategies by helping to expand our crewing management services to new clients
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner
- Enjoy working in an international environment and possess strong English language skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Independent and resourceful team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong critical thinking, people management and leadership skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset
- Affinity for digital tools and an interest in supporting the development of software solutions from a user perspective
- Willingness to travel
