As a Logistics Coordinator at Combi Lift, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of cargo movements for large-scale EPC projects. You will be the key operational link between clients, subcontractors, carriers, and local authorities, ensuring every shipment is planned, released, tracked, and delivered on time, in compliance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements, while maintaining full visibility and proactive issue resolution.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute domestic and international cargo movements, including heavy lift, breakbulk, and general cargo
- Manage onshore transport from port/airport to site in line with lifting plans, method statements, and HSE standards
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and QHSE compliance
- Monitor project transport milestones, proactively resolving potential delays
- Prepare and review transport documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations and project requirements
- Serve as the main operational contact for EPC clients, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs clearance officers
- Maintain real-time cargo visibility through operational systems (e.g., CargoWise One, client platforms)
- Provide regular status updates and performance reports to project stakeholders
- Prepare quotes, working sheets, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions
- Maintain accurate operational and compliance records for audit readiness
Your profile:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field; certification in Project Logistics or Transport Management is an advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, or EPC construction logistics coordination
- Background in oil & gas, power, or large industrial EPC projects preferred
- Fluency in French and English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CargoWise One and EPC client platforms is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Proven capability to work effectively under pressure in a project-driven environment
- Commitment to QHSE standards, with experience integrating safety and compliance into logistics operations
