As a Logistics Coordinator at Combi Lift, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of cargo movements for large-scale EPC projects. You will be the key operational link between clients, subcontractors, carriers, and local authorities, ensuring every shipment is planned, released, tracked, and delivered on time, in compliance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements, while maintaining full visibility and proactive issue resolution.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee offshore scope activities from preparation through completion in line with schedules and contracts
- Liaise between onshore and offshore teams to track progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Support mobilization and demobilization planning for personnel, equipment, and materials
- Monitor execution progress and prepare regular reports for the Project Manager and senior management
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure readiness and compliance with project specifications
- Review work packs, method statements, and technical documentation for offshore activities
- Maintain accurate documentation, including permits, inspection records, and operational logs
- Participate in project review meetings, providing updates on offshore execution, risks, and mitigation actions
- Serve as the focal point for offshore-related queries across project management, engineering, procurement, and QHSE teams
- Facilitate clear communication between all stakeholders to prevent delays and misalignment
Your profile:
- 3–5 years’ experience in offshore project coordination or a related role within marine, energy, or EPC sectors
- Familiarity with offshore operations, logistics, and project execution workflows
- Strong knowledge of offshore QHSE standards and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software is an advantage
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
- Ability to adapt to changing offshore project conditions and priorities
