For our worldwide heavy lift transports and projects, we need reliable lifting and securing equipment – ready for use, certified, and in the right place at the right time. Through our three warehouse locations in Europe, the Americas, and Asia, we ensure that our equipment is always available and operational.
As a Logistics Specialist – Equipment Management, you make sure our gear is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. You play an essential role in the execution of our global operations and cargo-handling projects.
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate our international warehouse locations in Europe (Bremerhaven & Rotterdam), Americas (Houston), and Asia (Singapore)
- Monitor and manage inventory of lifting and securing equipment
- Organize inspections and maintenance to ensure usability and compliance
- Plan and arrange shipments of equipment to and from vessels
- Source and procure additional equipment as needed (e.g. rentals or purchases)
- Maintain accurate records, including certificates and inspection documents
- Work closely with international colleagues to continuously improve gear and warehouse management
Your profile
- Completed training in a technical and/or logistics field
- Basic knowledge of the maritime and/or logistics industry
- Technical understanding and interest in lifting gear and securing equipment
- Good English skills (spoken and written), as you will communicate internationally
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Based in or around Hamburg, with occasional willingness to travel
- Driving license class B
