As a Project Coordinator at Combi Lift, you will play a key role in managing the execution of offshore project scopes, ensuring that cargo movements are delivered on time, in full, and in line with contractual, operational, and safety requirements. Acting as the link between clients, vendors, freight forwarders, and on/offshore teams, you will maintain cargo visibility, ensure documentation accuracy, and keep operations running smoothly.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate offshore project activities from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with schedules and contractual terms
  • Liaise between onshore and offshore teams to track progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure deliverables are met
  • Issue shipment release instructions to freight forwarders with complete and accurate documentation
  • Monitor work progress and prepare regular status reports for project management
  • Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and client stakeholders to align collection, transport, and delivery schedules
  • Verify shipping documentation for compliance with customs and Incoterm requirements
  • Maintain accurate operational records and update shipment milestones in client and internal systems
  • Identify process improvements to reduce lead times, improve accuracy, and enhance shipment visibility
  • Ensure all operations comply with QHSE standards and participate in safety briefings and risk assessments

 

Your profile:

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline; training in Incoterms, Export Procedures, or Freight Forwarding is an advantage
  • 3–5 years’ experience in freight forwarding, EPC logistics coordination, or project cargo operations
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with CargoWise One (CW1) preferred
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure in a client-facing environment
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
