We're seeking a highly motivated QHSE Coordinator Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across the organization. This shore-based position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. shipping industry, logistic, quality safety) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably with management systems (ISO/ ISM).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and German (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrate commitment to exceed customer expectations.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Assist the QHSE Coordinator in maintaining, updating, and enhancing the QHSE management system.
  • Support the integration and continuous improvement of the system.
  • Follow up on audit findings and/ or conduct internal audits.
  • Support project related HSE input, tender questionnaires, and departmental requests. 
  • Represent the QHSE Coordinator in inter-departmental meetings and facilitate communication.
