We're seeking a highly motivated QHSE Coordinator Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across the organization. This shore-based position offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise in implementing and maintaining integrated management systems, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. shipping industry, logistic, quality safety) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably with management systems (ISO/ ISM).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and German (written and verbal).
- Demonstrate commitment to exceed customer expectations.
Your main responsibilities:
- Assist the QHSE Coordinator in maintaining, updating, and enhancing the QHSE management system.
- Support the integration and continuous improvement of the system.
- Follow up on audit findings and/ or conduct internal audits.
- Support project related HSE input, tender questionnaires, and departmental requests.
- Represent the QHSE Coordinator in inter-departmental meetings and facilitate communication.
