Traineeship – Maritime Finance

SAL Heavy Lift, a part of the Harren Group and a member of the Jumbo-SAL-Alliance, is one of the world’s leading carriers specialised in sea transport of heavy-lift and project cargo. We are owning and operating a versatile fleet of 30 advanced project cargo vessels with a lifting capacity of up to 3,000 t SWL. Our guiding principle is: If there is water, there is a way. Founded in Bremen in 1989, the Harren Group focuses on the entire value chain around the vessel. The Group spans six next-generation service areas — Chartering, Engineering, Logistics, Ship Management and Renewable Energies.

Your tasks

Your requirements

  • You hold a B.Sc. or Master’s degree in business administration with focus on controlling, finance or audit / accounting or other financial education 
  • You are ready to take on responsibility and are able to work independently
  • You thrive in a multinational team environment where teamwork is essential
  • Your level of German and English language should be C1
